Critical Path Solutions

Critical Path Solutions was initially established in 2017 as an independent project management consultancy firm that was founded predominantly to aid in natural disaster events such as cyclone, fire and flood. From request of Clients, CPS has now expanded and have our own construction arm that undertake boutique fit for purpose building and construction works for our Clients. CPS are based in Brisbane and are able to assist Australia wide.

Our mission is to provide an exceptional and professional building and consultancy services to the construction industry ensuring each party is represented fairly and reasonably. This requires professional judgement, exceptional time management, interpersonal skills, experience, knowledge and critically authority to perform. Critical Path Solutions holds a current Building License from QBCC and has highly renown and experienced licensed builders who are credited to ensure quality works are completed.

Critical Path Solutions point of difference is that the team has the skill and knowledge from every aspect of a project. That is having been in the office in the pre-construction phase coordinating designs, preparing budgets and programs to physically managing projects on-site where the action happens and obtaining certificate of classification at practical completion.
